Our client in the wines and spirits industry is looking to recruit a focused self-driven shop attendant of high level of integrity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and satisfy customer needs by promoting and up selling the establishment’s range of products
• Prepare weekly sales reports based on activities undertaken during the week and providing a record of any expenses incurred
• Increase sales through retailing from the shop
• Communicate effectively with customers to their satisfaction
• Stock taking and maintaining inventory levels
• Represent the company’s image in a proper and professional manner
• Gather market intelligence.
• General cleanliness of the working area
• Banking of cash collected as and when required

• Experience in the alcohol and beverage industry is required(must have sold in a wines and spirits before)

• Technical knowhow of product
• Knowledge of assigned territory where the shop is located
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent people handling skills
• High appreciation of and demonstration of customer service skills and selling skills
