Sales and Marketing

• Visiting customers in the allocated region including farm & Institutions
• Looking out for new prospects in the region
• Presenting our products to the prospective customers and explaining benefits of our products
• Keeping in touch with the customers and ensuring their needs are met
• Sending orders in the completed official order forms and doing follow-ups on the same,
• Collecting payment as and when they fall due
• Putting an alert to credit supervisor any customer falling behind on payments
•  Monitoring with the help of Stores personnel on items in critical stock level and advising customers accordingly.
• Liaising  with management for any problematic and difficult account
•  Being on the lookout for events relevant to our Industry happening in your region and advising management on the same.
• Liaising with credit supervisor on customers” concerns and complaints and for the complicated cases to be brought to the attention of the management
• Being on the lookout on trends & preferences in the Industry and advising the management on the same.
•  

At least 3 years experience in Animal Health Practice
