Radio Africa Limited is one of Kenya’s leading media houses with both top national and top niche radio stations in Kenya, and we are looking for a qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced Site Technician.

 Site Technician

 The purpose of this position is to manage the broadcasting sites so as to ensure seamless broadcasting and machine maintenance.

• Meet all the set KPI and Performance targets as set by Management annually
• Ensure systems/machines at the site are in excellent working condition
• Assist in ensuring seamless administration and management of site base besides maintaining cleanliness of the equipment room/compound
• Maintain an excellent relationship with service providers and media clients
• Ensure effective backup and monitoring systems
• Assist in beefing up security for all our sites plus being disciplined and ensure full attendance to your work station
• Read and record transmission meters and submit daily reports to transmission engineer
• Adhere to asset maintenance schedule for all broadcast machines
• Establish, implement & adhere to safety standards at all sites and during all installations
• Ensure all radios are on air
• Ensure excellent personal leave management
• Submit weekly reports as per agreed format & deadlines

• At least 3 years of experience working with studio equipment for Radio.
• ICT systems working experience
