The Senior Human Resource Officer supports and oversees key human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, policy implementation, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures efficient HR operations and supports organizational goals through effective people management and workplace safety initiatives.

Description

  • Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary processes, and grievance management.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and staff development programs.
  • Coordinate training activities and monitor employee development plans.
  • Support payroll preparation and administration of employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide workforce data analysis.
  • Supervise junior HR staff where applicable.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification is an added advantage.

More Details on Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Experience using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR management software.
