Salary: Base salary of 20,000 and 10% commission (Varies on experience)
Hours: Full-Time. Monday to Friday. 8 AM to 5 PM (subject to change)

Purpose of the position
ServiceHub Kenya is a cleaning company looking for individuals to build profitable sales of our company’s products and services to new and existing customers. Representatives are responsible for sales in a geographical area and specialize in selling cleaning products and services.

Key duties & responsibilities:
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
- Cold calling
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyse the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

Education
BSc/BA degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
More Details on Experience
- Cold calling experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Business Relationship Management and Customer Relationship Management practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Frequent travel required.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, a minimum of 5 years.
- Good work ethic.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
