This role is for a:

Sales Representative based in Eldoret (baking industry) who will cover and look after the Western Kenya and Nyanza regions, as well as:

3 Sales Representatives will each cover and look after either the Mt Kenya, Eastern and Nairobi regions (milling industry). 

1. Sales Representative based in Eldoret (baking industry) Western Kenya and Nyanza regions.
2. Sales Representatives (milling industry) Mt Kenya Region
   
3. Sales Representatives (milling industry) Eastern Region
   
4. Sales Representatives (milling industry) Nairobi Region

The role will include, but is not limited to, the following:

1. To identify the market opportunities and increase market share.
2. To talk to current customers and see how growth can be achieved.
3. Build distribution of all Company brands & SKUs in all outlets you cover.
4. Implement all consumer and trade promotions launched in your area in a timely manner.
5. Ensure accurate and timely cash collection as per company policy and deposit with the company cashier on a daily basis.
6. Build goodwill with the trade and exert all effort to help the trade resell our products prior to their expiry date.
7. Report all competitive activity in the trade immediately to superiors.
8. Maintain accurate and neat records, files and reports in your area and on your customers, as well as submitting them to your manager on request.
9. Adhere strictly to Company pricing, offers and discount strategies, always aiming to reduce investment levels in your area.
10. Be a master in persuasive selling and handling customer objections and endeavour always to respond to customer queries promptly.
11. Maximize the visibility of Company products ensuring they are well displayed at all impulse locations in the stores you cover.
12. To deal with any staff under you and set their duties.
13. Maintain the integrity of all company assets given primarily to you.

3 - 5 years experience in sales with some experience in sales of FMCG products.
