Description
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers including retail supermarkets, minimarts, wholesalers, and other outlets
- Showcase and promote our product range, ensuring proper display and visibility at customer locations
- Monitor stock levels on shelves and in customer warehouses; check product expiry dates and ensure timely rotation
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and payment terms with customers, in line with company policies
- Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collections
- Share timely and accurate customer feedback with the office to support pricing decisions, discount structures, and payment plans
- Expand market coverage by acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing ones
- Cover all possible remote regions within the assigned territory to maximize market penetration
- Track competitor activity including new product launches, pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing efforts
- Provide insights and recommendations to the office regarding regional sales strategies, promotional needs, and marketing opportunities
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and local events when required
- Maintain detailed records of customer visits, sales performance, and market intelligence
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer support
- Uphold company values and ensure high standards of customer service and ethical conduct
Education
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field

- Must maintain a clean and responsible lifestyle, free from habitual use of alcohol, smoking, drugs, or any other substance that may impair judgment or performance.
- Proven experience in field sales minimum 2-3 years, preferably in FMCG, retail, or wholesale distribution
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively across respective area
- Familiarity with regional market dynamics and customer behavior
