Our client, a Luxury retail Company specializing in safari-themed merchandise, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Merchandise to oversee their diverse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, sales teams, e-commerce platforms, and consignment partnerships to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory of goods on consignment, including restocking and allocation to different locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with sales teams in various locations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify new sales opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s reach.
• Oversee the marketing and promotion of the showroom and studio to attract high-end safari drivers and operators.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote e-commerce sales and drive traffic to the website and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with the social media team to create engaging content and leverage influencer partnerships.
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection for consignment sales.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in retail merchandising, sales management, and e-commerce operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in marketing and social media management is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the safari tourism industry or luxury retail market is a plus.
