FAM Limited, a leader in Global Real Estate Investment Solutions, is seeking a high-caliber, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales engine and drive our market expansion.

The Role

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, performance, and management of the property sales team. You will serve as the primary driver of revenue, ensuring high standards of client engagement and team development while achieving challenging market share targets.

Description

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly sales strategies to meet or exceed company-wide revenue and unit sales targets.
  • Team Performance: Establish clear KPIs for Property Advisors, providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales funnel—from lead generation and qualification to high-stakes negotiation and closing.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and pricing trends to identify new opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and compliant with legal requirements while providing regular performance reports to Executive Management.

Education

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or Real Estate is mandatory.

More Details on Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales experience, including at least three (3) years in a Sales Management or Team Leader role.
  • Industry Background: Preference for candidates from the real estate, banking, or high-value investment sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strategic sales forecasting.

Terms And Conditions

Remuneration & Performance Incentives

  • Gross Monthly Salary: KES 75,000/
  • Performance Bonus: Based on performance, the candidate is eligible for a 10% commission/incentive derived from their team’s total achievements.
  • Contract Type: 12-month fixed term (renewable).
  • Probation: Three (3) month probationary period.
  • Location: Based at The Spur Mall, Exit 13, Thika Super Highway.
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) and Saturdays (9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.).
