Our client in the automotive industry seeks to hire a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities 

• Build, train, and support the sales team. Assist in closing deals.
• Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Monitor/manage the sales team's performance
• Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
• Help manage all aspects of the sales department.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above dealership standards

• At least 5 years’ experience in sales and 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position
• Prior experience in the automotive banking industries is an added advantage.
• Proven track record as a floor manager and a strong closer
