Description
- Sales & Profitability: Take full ownership of sales targets and use creative merchandising to maximize revenue.
- Social Media & Digital Growth: Manage the market’s online presence (Instagram/TikTok/Facebook). Create engaging content, interact with the community, and run digital promotions to drive physical foot traffic.
- Event Planning & Activations: Conceptualize and execute weekly or monthly market events (e.g., "Meet the Maker" sessions, seasonal pop-ups, or themed tasting days) to keep the market vibrant and attract new customer segments.
- Budget & Cost Control: Manage the operational budget with precision. Monitor P&L, control overheads, and oversee inventory to minimize waste and ensure maximum margin health.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to maintain high standards of customer service and sales "hustle".
- Operational & Vendor Excellence: Oversee daily opening/closing and maintain relationships with artisanal suppliers to ensure the best product mix at the best price
