Thika motor Dealers Kenya (TMD) a leading dealer for Isuzu East Africa is looking for a Regional Manager- Eastern Region
Reporting to the General Manager, Vehicle Sales; the successful candidate will effectively and profitably manage the vehicle Sales and aftersales in the Eastern region with a view to meet the set business strategic goals.
Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating the annual sales forecasts, Vehicle Sales/Aftersales and prospecting;
- Handle government, Corporate and Non-governmental organizations business including tenders;
- Facilitate new Business development in identified sectors like SMEs and ensure business sustainability; and
- Serve as Manager for key Account customers in the region with respect to vehicle sales and Aftersales.
- Conduct Customer visits in the region to ensure sustainability of customer satisfaction.
- Draw advertising plans, sales promotions, lease promotions and marketing strategies.
- Lead in the development of the department’s objectives and performance
Education
Bachelors Degree
Cim Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field;
- CIM Diploma will be an added advantage
More Details on Experience
Nine (9) years of relevant experience with at least three years at supervisory level

- Six (6) years relevant experience with at least two years at supervisory level;
