We are looking for a highly engaged candidate with a track record of excellence to fill the position of a Regional parts Field Sales Executive (Rift Valley & Western Region)

Description

In this position you will be responsible for driving growth of parts, lubes and accessories sales in Rift Valley & Western region.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, Parts & Accessories, the position will be responsible for:
▪ Generating new Aftersales business through 1S dealers, Mashinani, Distributor and Key
account fleet customer engagements in the assigned region.
▪ Developing initiatives to support growth and profitability of Parts, lubes and accessories business.
▪ Driving implementation of the Isuzu EA Aftersales Policy and Parts Business Manual in the region.
▪ Participating in marketing activities organized by dealers in the region.
▪ Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly reports.
▪ Growing customer satisfaction index in the region.
▪ Offering support in Electronic Parts Catalogue installation, training, license renewals and activation of new branches.
▪ Expanding Maxit market penetration in the region.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (Upper second).
  • KCSE Mean Grade B+

  • Five years’ relevant experience.

  • Strong ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Proficient in negotiating terms and closing deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skills in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Ability to plan and manage sales activities effectively.
