Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving incoming and outgoing calls and transferring to appropriate staff members or department.
- Recording all outgoing calls in an outgoing call register
- Attending and assisting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department/ persons
- Receiving and signing incoming company mails either from courier services or hand deliveries and handing them over to the addressed persons/ department.
- Recording and releasing cheques through either delivery, dispatch or banking books register and ensuring they are signed before dispatch.
- Boardroom bookings for various meetings
- Keeping records of staff movements
- Any other duty as shall be assigned to you by the management
Education
Diploma
Diploma in Secretarial or any other related field
More Details on Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in front office

Experience in handling a switch board
