Description

  • Lead Generation: Promote property sales through targeted advertisements, strategic marketing initiatives and key is own driven initiatives of generating individual viable and credible leads.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Consultative Selling: Analyze clients' financial abilities and specific needs to propose the most suitable property solutions.
  • Site Coordination: Schedule and lead professional site visits, showcasing property features to prospective buyers.
  • Expert Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor, responding to inquiries and assisting buyers through the purchasing process in alignment with company policies.
  • Proactive Communication: Keep clients updated on upcoming projects, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all documentation is accurately completed by prospects in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on real estate market trends, pricing, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Education
