Summary

Our client is a leading interior fit out Construction Company seeking a competent and results-driven Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing, purchasing and supply of construction materials, equipment and services. The successful candidate will ensure timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices while adhering to company policies and project requirements.

Description

KEY RESPONSILITIES

  • Source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate prices and issue purchase
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to project
  • Evaluate and manage suppliers and
  • Verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier
  • Monitor market prices and support cost-saving
  • Work closely with project, stores and finance
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant

Education

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Technical qualification in construction (Diploma in Building construction, civil Engineering or quantity surveying.)
  • Diploma in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Professional certification (CIPS, KISM, or equivalent) is an added
