Our client a leading fish farm in Kenya is seeking to hire a Processing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the processing team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded and all processing activities comply with company policies and regulations. He/she will work closely with the harvesting and processing teams to achieve the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate Must have 7+ years of experience as a processing manager preferably for a fish or beef company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Processing Plant including planning work schedules, developing KPIs, ensuring equipment is well maintained and delivering to production targets.
• Ensuring health and Safety regulations are met throughout our operations as well as environmental compliance and improvement.
• Ensure processing facility is always kept clean.
• Providing Leadership and coaching for Team Members.
• Supervising processing team.
• Organizing Regular Training Sessions for their teams.
• Suggest improvement of current plant and processes.

Must have 7+ years of experience as a processing manager preferably for a fish or beef company.
