Thika motor Dealers Kenya (TMD) a leading dealer for Isuzu East Africa is looking for a Parts Administrator-Procurement

 

Reporting to the Parts Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate in procurement and supply of open market vehicle parts.
2. Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
3. Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
4. Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
5. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data through use of the ERP system.
6. Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
7. Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
8. Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
9. Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
10. Work with team members and parts manager to complete duties as needed

Two (2) years’ relevant experience.

Excellent sales, negotiation, planning, organization, problem solving and communication skills.
