Description
Customer Interactions Service
- Greet customers professionally and ascertain their vehicle service and repair needs
- Provide accurate information about vehicle issues, service requirements, and repair timelines
- Prepare and explain repair estimates, invoices, and warranty details to customers
- Follow up with customers regarding job progress, additional work recommendations, and completion
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Job Coordination
- Open and manage job cards, ensuring all customer and vehicle details are correctly entered
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of jobs.
- Monitor work in progress and update customers of any delays or additional costs
- Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely availability of required components
Administrative Duties
- Prepare service reports, cost estimates, and service records accurately
- Ensure all warranty claims and documentation are processed correctly
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in the system
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle handling and service operations
Education
- Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
