Do you have experience in selling to large retail chains or supermarkets? Our client engaged in the manufacturer of Grade 1 sifted maize meal (maize flour) based in Juja has the opportunity for sales executives to sell our flour to modern trade.

Responsibilities:

• Generation of leads
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Maintaining client records.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

• Must be Computer literate and have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven track record in FMCG selling in Nairobi and environs.
• Pose a valid driving license and have at least 3 years driving experience.
• Should be a team player, have high moral values and can work with minimum supervision to achieve the sells targets.
• Willing to provide reference letters from his previous employers, if worked previously and payslips for 4 months.
