Sidari Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The Junior Accountant will assist in various accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. 1. Bookkeeping

• Maintain meticulous records and reconciliation reports for all financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, and payments.
• Track suppliers' payments and expenses in the accounting system with precision.

2. Financial Reporting;

• Generate regular, insightful financial reports such as income statements and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support management in resource allocation and future financial planning.
• Ensure accurate invoicing by properly capturing and maintaining measurable units of raw materials and products in the accounting system.

Tax Compliance:

3. Payroll Administration:

• Ensure strict adherence to tax regulations by preparing and filing tax returns, managing tax payments, and staying updated on tax law changes.
• Oversee all aspects of payroll processes, including employee wages, deductions, and taxes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to staff.

4. Internal Controls:

• Establish and uphold robust internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.

Previous experience in an accounting role is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and working knowledge of MS Suite.
• Practical experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in inventory management, including optimizing order quantities and maintaining accurate records of inventory movements.
• Ability to implement and manage an efficient storage system for raw materials and final products.
