The principal purpose of this job entails efficient and effective provision of security services to the Company by safeguarding its property from theft and or destruction of whatever kind as well as maintenance of order.

1. Receiving all vehicles coming for service and recording all tools and any other items inside with the customer using service checklist, then file to confirm later again after being done with the customer and sign for the final confirmation.
2. To protect and safeguard all company property.

3. Updating the management on security status of the company every morning via a well-kept occurrence book.
4. Initiate effective investigations into any suspicious occurrence and report your findings to the management with recommendations on the way forward.

1. To remain vigilant at all times while on duty.
2. Receiving and recording all new units for the company once being taken from Isuzu East Africa to our premises.
3. Ensuring that all security systems are in good working condition and safe.
4. Reporting any worn-out parts, damaged items and any other daily incidents that may occur.
5. The security department should store all the recordings for all deliveries, file and books records and any other documents.
6. Recording daily movements of company vehicle, confirming no dents nor scratches on daily occurrence and making sure all their parts and tools are intact and also taking daily register of service workers.

11. Implement and monitor security strategies, policies and standards in line with the Company’s mission and vision.
12. Oversee Incident Response Plan and investigations into security breaches against the Company’s.
13. Carry out intelligence gathering and investigations
14. Maintain an up to date record of security incidents and trends and reporting for management information and action.
15. Advise the Company on security related matters affecting the Company’s business and operations.
16. Maintain fully documented enquiry files in respect of investigation concerning matters of criminal nature
17. Maintain security records in respect of Vehicle and visitor’s movement, Lost and found registers, Gate passes and Consignment records.

• Must have served in the same position for a minimum of three (3) years.

                         and above with a clean record of discharge from any related field.
