Our client Interbuild Ltd is seeking an Interior Designer or Architect to join their team. The candidate must be well-versed in AutoCad and capable of handling interior design or architectural drawings independently. This full-time role is perfect for someone looking to work in exciting projects.

AutoCAD experience is a MUST.

• Design Input: Work on projects such as bedrooms, ensuites, and other living spaces. Examples include:
• Bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, sofa, coffee table, carpet, paint.
• Ensuite: Sink, shower, W/C, tiles, paint.
• Software Use: Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD or similar to complete tasks efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work with the marketing team and other designers to align on project needs and deliver high-quality renders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all renders are accurate and meet design and client expectations.

• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing residential 3D renders is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD or other 3D rendering software.
• Passion for Design: Strong interest in residential interior design and architecture.
• Computer Requirements: Must have a computer capable of handling 3D rendering software (upgrading assistance can be discussed).
• Basic understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
• Experience with creating production packs for UK-based sourcing.

2. Design Skills
- Space Planning: Ability to optimize room layouts and furniture placement.
- Aesthetic Sensibility: An eye for color, texture, materials, and design trends.
- Lighting Design: Understanding of natural and artificial lighting to enhance interior spaces.
- Material and Texture Mapping: Creating realistic materials for 3D models.

3. Technical Skills
- Rendering Techniques: Knowledge of lighting, shadows, textures, and reflections for photo-realistic visuals.
- 3D Modeling: Creating and editing 3D objects for interior spaces.
- Perspective and Proportion: Ability to maintain accurate scale and perspective in renderings.
- Post-Production: Skills in Photoshop or similar tools for refining renders.

4. Project Management
- Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Client Communication: Translating client briefs into 3D designs and discussing design choices clearly.
- Problem Solving: Addressing spatial and design challenges creatively and practically.

5. Knowledge of Interior Design Principles
- Architecture and Structural Knowledge: Understanding of building codes, materials, and construction processes.
- Furniture Design: Familiarity with furniture layout, scale, and proportions.
- Color Theory: Knowledge of color psychology and how to create harmonious environments.

6. Attention to Detail
- Ensuring accuracy in design, measurements, and final renders. 7. Collaboration
