360 Staffing Limited is seeking a visionary and technically astute Interior Designer for their client The Design Gallery. The ideal candidate will lead high-impact commercial projects. This role requires a balance of creative excellence, strategic thinking, and rigorous project management. The successful candidate will design sophisticated commercial environments that elevate brand identity, enhance user experience, and maximize functional and commercial value—while leveraging The Design Gallery’s exclusive luxury brand partnerships.

Design Strategy & Client Collaboration

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand business objectives, user needs, and brand identity.
• Develop compelling design concepts, mood boards, and spatial narratives aligned to client vision and commercial goals.
• Present and defend design proposals confidently, articulating both creative and functional rationale.

Technical Design & Documentation

• Produce detailed technical drawings, schematics, and high-quality 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools.
• Specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting from premium European brands, ensuring compliance with durability and safety standards.
• Prepare complete tender documentation, BOQs, and specifications for contractors and vendors.

Project Management & Execution

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple commercial projects from concept to handover.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design integrity and flawless execution.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and approve final finishes and installations.

Business Development & Brand Representation

• Support Business Development in pitches and client presentations by providing design expertise.
• Uphold and promote the design philosophy, craftsmanship, and quality associated with our luxury European brands.
• Stay current on global commercial design trends, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies to keep the firm at the forefront of the industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in luxury commercial interior design (hospitality, corporate, retail, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed commercial projects, technical detailing, and branding integration.
• Experience working with European luxury brands or high-spec commercial suppliers is an added advantage.
