Summary
The HRA will be responsible for providing support to human resources plans and programs for effective implementation of the Organization’s strategy and objectives.
Description
- Facilitate consistent and well-coordinated recruitment and placement efforts to identify new hires and conduct a comprehensive on-boarding program.
- Ensure staff are provided with the right job descriptions and participate in developing respective career development plans.
- Work hand in hand with line managers on performance management to ensure that high performance is achieved.
- Monitor and report on compliance to Organization Health and Safety Regulations.
- Liaise with the line managers to manage and coordinate grievance management and disciplinary proceedings and recommend appropriate action to resolve disputes and ensure proper documentation is done.
- Ensure data integrity of HRMIS is maintained at all times.
- Assists with planning and execution of Learning and employee wellness programs.
- Provide support in effective administration of staff welfare services(payroll, outsourced vendors, pension etc).
Education
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Must hold a professional qualification in HR and a member of IHRM
More Details on Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in implementing change in a medium to large organization.
- Practical experience in use of MS packages and ERP systems.
