Position Overview
We are seeking a highly dependable and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Associate to join our team. Description
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the legal team
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including basic bookkeeping, reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Organize, manage, and maintain client files and legal documentation
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Support general office operations to ensure efficiency and order
- Take initiative in handling additional responsibilities as assigned
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping
