We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Field Sales Representative to support the growth of our water refill business. The role focuses on expanding our customer base 

This is a fully field-based role suited for individuals who enjoy engaging directly with people, working independently, and generating sales through active outreach.

• Visit apartments, residential homes, and offices to introduce our water refill services
• Actively generate leads and convert them into paying customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct consistent follow-ups to ensure repeat business
• Identify new sales opportunities within assigned areas

• Previous experience in field sales, direct selling, or customer-facing roles 
• Strong confidence in approaching and engaging with new people
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
• Persistent and resilient with follow-ups and conversions
• Reliable, disciplined, and consistent in execution
