Duties and Responsibilities
- To ensure all customer service, technical matters and complaints are timely attended and resolved to satisfaction.
- Manage and revise training schedules for customers in order to maintain an updated knowledge and skill level.
- Ensure that customer service contracts are served to satisfaction in a way to support profitability.
- Keep yourself updated with product information via service portal provided.
- To build up and maintain customer relationship on a strategic key account level
- Benchmarking of services against competitors and monitoring of market trends in order to further grow market intelligence and be proactive in-service delivery.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth flow of operations and service delivery to our customers.
- Ensure optimum and efficient operational costs management and operate within the budgets
- Ensuring all job cards and records related to technical service and maintenance for each allocated customer, equipment are always up to date.
- Attending to any other duty as assigned by the management
Education
Diploma
Diploma/ Degree in Medical Lab Science or equivalent
More Details on Experience
At least 2 years working experience in a medical industry.
