Duties and Responsibilities

• To ensure all customer service, technical matters and complaints are timely attended and resolved to satisfaction.
• Manage and revise training schedules for customers in order to maintain an updated knowledge and skill level.
• Ensure that customer service contracts are served to satisfaction in a way to support profitability.
• Keep yourself updated with product information via service portal provided.
• To build up and maintain customer relationship on a strategic key account level
• Benchmarking of services against competitors and monitoring of market trends in order to further grow market intelligence and be proactive in-service delivery.
• Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth flow of operations and service delivery to our customers.
• Ensure optimum and efficient operational costs management and operate within the budgets
• Ensuring all job cards and records related to technical service and maintenance for each allocated customer, equipment are always up to date.
• Attending to any other duty as assigned by the management

At least 2 years working experience in a medical industry.

• Computer Proficiency
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili
