Our client Apex Porter Novelli (APN), is looking to hire an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative and strategic business support to the Managing Director’s office to support the company’s operational and growth plans. The role also serves as a dedicated Special Projects Manager, overseeing and coordinating the execution of key strategic initiatives tied to the APN ambition. This involves proactive coordination across teams, tracking of progress, and delivering timely updates. The role demands a highly organized and detail-oriented professional capable of operating with ownership and self-drive to support the business and organizational goals of the company, executive administrative functions and project deliverables.

Description

  • Strategic Initiative Stewardship – Drive and track execution of key organizational initiatives, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and aligned with business priorities.
  • Project Management – Develop, manage, and continuously update critical path timelines, workplans, and action trackers to ensure disciplined execution across projects.
  • Project Tracking & Accountability – Monitor progress against milestones, proactively follow up with initiative owners, and ensure accountability for timelines and outputs.
  • Problem Solving – Identify bottlenecks and risks early, propose practical solutions, and escalate issues where necessary to maintain momentum.
  • Executive Support & Coordination – Provide structured support to the Managing Director through prioritization of tasks, coordination of key engagements, preparation of briefs, and tracking of decisions and action points to ensure effective execution.
  • Information & Workflow Management – Maintain organized systems and documentation that enable efficient tracking, reporting, and execution of business priorities.

Education

  • A degree in Administration or Business-Related Field.
