The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by implementing innovative agency sales strategies. This role is focused on maximizing print and cross-platform advertising sales, acquiring new business, retaining key accounts, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and compliance with commercial policies.
Description
- Consistently meet monthly and annual revenue targets and KPIs as agreed upon with management.
- Identify, approach, and convert new direct corporate clients into long-term business partners.
- Build and manage a pipeline of strategic corporate accounts across various sectors (banking, insurance, real estate, health, education, etc.).
- Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and integrated advertising solutions to meet client needs.
- Ensure end-to-end client management: onboarding, brief-taking, campaign execution coordination, and post-campaign follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate, real-time records of interactions, bookings, forecasts, and feedback using the ERP/CRM system.
- Ensure timely invoicing and consistent follow-up to meet collection timelines, adhering to company credit policy.
- Collaborate with editorial, creative, and production teams to deliver tailored media solutions.
- Regularly conduct market research and client feedback sessions to improve service offering.
- Maintain high-level corporate etiquette and represent the company professionally at industry and client events.
- Generate weekly sales activity reports and dashboards to guide strategy and management decision-making.
- Proactively monitor competitive activity in the corporate advertising space and recommend counter-strategies.
- Assist in organizing sector-based forums and branded corporate events in partnership with the Marketing & Events team.
Education
- Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Sales or a related field
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations
- CIM, MSK, PRSK membership
