The Star Publication Limited is one of Kenya’s leading newspaper publishers that produces The Star Newspaper. We are looking for experienced Sales Executives in sales and marketing, FMCG with a bias in distribution and digital sales.

Reporting to the Circulation Manager, the incumbent will be tasked with achieving sales revenue and volume budgets, reviewing payments and managing returns.

• Achieving sales Revenues and volume budgets for both print and digital copies
• Managing Returns/unsold copies
• Trade relationship with distributors/agents/vendors /special outlets/Subscribers
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities
• Review daily payments with vendors and with distributors and agents weekly

Analytical self driven and love to be measured on performance

Ability to develop and communicate a clear plan with strong customer focus

Demonstrate passion for sales and marketing

People management skills

Team player with high level dedication and integrity
