Together with the rest of the Channel development team, ensure that the network plan is directly aligned to the market goals, namely; right number of outlets at right locations and delivering the right level of performance.

CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

 Reporting to the Channel development Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

•  Channel Expansion for Authorized Service Outlets (ASOs), Mashinani outlets and Isuzu Service Centers (ISCs).
• Coordinate regular Isuzu Dealer Standards, Aftersales Policy Implementation and Facility reviews across the network, follow up on closure of all identified gaps.
• Collaboration with other departments in identifying potential business partners and recommend the same to management for consideration.
• Identify business development opportunities for the various Channels that will ensure sustainability of the network.
• Provide guidance in onboarding new Channels in collaboration with all the relevant departments and ensure these Channels are fully integrated into Isuzu EA prior to commencement of business.
• Project management for new Isuzu Service Centers and providing regular feedback to management on progress and areas of support.
• Overall monitoring of Authorized Service outlets and Mashinani performance against the set metrics through coordination of quarterly business reviews and monthly updates to these Channels.
• Relationship and Contract management (including Constructive Engagement Process) for non-performing ASOs and Mashinani outlets.
• Manage reward programs for Authorized Service Outlets and Mashinani outlets.
