Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer all service incoming calls and respond to emails.
- Updating customer details in the system for easy communication with relevant parties.
- Liaising with the service team on upcoming jobs and/or requirements needed.
- Assigning all breakdowns and maintenance services
- Updating the PPM schedule weekly
- Liaising with the dispatch team and FSE’s on logistics.
- Managing customer cases.
- Checking spare availability for grounded instruments and alerting the team on the same
- Updating the install base on the system
- Compiling job cards for account payment follow ups
- Scheduling installations, repair visits and customer trainings.
Education
Diploma
Bachelors Degree
Degree/ Diploma in Medical Lab/ Biomedical Engineering
More Details on Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in a medical related position
More Details on Skills
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili
