Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer all service incoming calls and respond to emails.
• Updating customer details in the system for easy communication with relevant parties.
• Liaising with the service team on upcoming jobs and/or requirements needed.
• Assigning all breakdowns and maintenance services
• Updating the PPM schedule weekly
• Liaising with the dispatch team and FSE’s on logistics.
• Managing customer cases.
• Checking spare availability for grounded instruments and alerting the team on the same
• Updating the install base on the system
• Compiling job cards for account payment follow ups
• Scheduling installations, repair visits and customer trainings.

At least 2 years’ experience in a medical related position

• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili
