We have successfully implemented projects for solutions ranging from Core Banking, Internet & Mobile banking, Queue & Smart Branch Management Solutions, Cyber Security and ERP Solutions across industries like banking and insurance.

We are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager in our Sales Department to lead the development and growth of profitable new business and to develop and maintain key agency relationships in the markets.

Description

This position will be responsible for ensuring sustained business growth through planning and executing business   development activities in accordance with the organizational strategy.

Key to success will be a drive to forge strong long-term relationships with clients, and a passion for ensuring that long term value is delivered to stakeholders, both internal and external.

 

Key Accountabilities and responsibilities

 

  • Manageexistingcustomerrelationshipswhiledeveloping newclientleads
  • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitiousgrowth
  • Effectively and independently delivering software value proposition whilst demonstrating a high understanding of theproduct
  • Developing a sustained pipeline of accounts by actively prospecting via cold-calls, marketing lead follow- up, personal relationships, executive introductions and marketing automation introductions to independently close contracts at a close frequency and value to meet or exceed productivity and quota expectations
  • Investigating the client’s needs and, through a strong and deep understanding of all their products, recommending the particular product(s) that best fulfils the identifiedneeds
  • Convert sales opportunities to wins and invoice. Track billing and survey customersatisfaction
  • Research organisations and individuals to find new businessopportunities
  • Developing, writing and delivering value-based salesproposals
  • Continually assess the competitiveness of our products and services against the relevant comparable companies andmarkets

Education
Master Of Art Bachelors Degree

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and/or MBA in Marketing.
  • Sales/Marketing Professional courses will be an addedadvantage

More Details on Experience

  • A minimum of 8 years progressive experience within a professional servicesbusiness
  • At least 5 years’ experience of sales solutions experience with a documented successful track record in selling high end services, rich and complex IT solutions in the relevantindustry.
  • Experience in B2B/ corporatemarketing.
  • Knowledge and experience with BFSI (Insurance, Bank and Financeservices).
  • An in-depth understanding of the saleslifecycle.
