Summary
We are seeking to engage an experienced Branch Administrator to support, guide and enhance operational efficiencies at the Company branch level. This is someone who will work closely with the leadership team to ensure optimization of branch overall performance, actualization of set performance targets, market growth and enhance customer retention index.
Description
- Branch performance strategies & execution: Draw and execute branch performance strategies, key performance-based action plans and provide continuous management reports.
- Branch Performance: Coordinate and facilitate efficient and effective execution of branch business performance, customer satisfaction and sales target. Oversee and ensure matters operational controls and budgeting are aligned with Company objectives.
- Branch Operations & Compliance: Manage daily branch operations & asset management, document occurrences, and ensure adherence to company regulations and compliance.
- Customer Relations Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers, dealers, suppliers and partners for provision of excellent customer service and an enhanced customer retention index.,
- Sales & Marketing Support – Coordinate pre-delivery inspections (PDI), organize events like tent sales and exhibitions, and support customer retention strategies.
- Documentation & Reporting – Maintain and update important company records as per ISO standards and regulations.
- Staff Supervision & Performance Management – Oversee subordinate staff, facilitate effective performance management, assess training needs, and ensure overall staff motivation.
- Management Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to Management on Branch performance and business opportunities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field
More Details on Experience
- At least three years of experience in business supervisory related role.
- Conversant and Knowledgeable in use of ERP.
- Knowledge in automotive sales, supply chain management is an added advantage.
