About the Role

TalentAris is hiring motivated and results-driven B2B Outbound Sales Agents on behalf of its client. The successful candidates will join a fast-paced call center team responsible for contacting business decision-makers across international markets, including Canada and the United States, to introduce business-focused cost-saving solutions.

The role involves engaging business owners, managers, and decision-makers, presenting value propositions clearly, qualifying prospects, handling objections, updating CRM records, and supporting campaign targets through professional and consultative sales conversations.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, fluent in English at C1 level, professional, resilient, target-driven, and capable of holding meaningful conversations that lead to qualified opportunities.

Description

* Conduct high-volume outbound calls to businesses across assigned international markets.
* Identify and engage business owners, managers, and decision-makers responsible for company expenses, utility services, operational costs, or related business decisions.
* Present campaign value propositions clearly and explain how the offered solutions may help businesses reduce monthly bills, operating costs, or improve efficiency.
* Qualify prospects based on campaign requirements and approved criteria.
* Schedule appointments, transfer qualified leads, secure submissions, or close sales depending on campaign requirements.
* Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
* Build rapport quickly with prospects and maintain a consultative sales approach.
* Accurately record call outcomes, customer information, follow-up notes, and lead status in the CRM system.
* Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
* Maintain professionalism, confidence, and consistency during all customer interactions.
* Stay updated on campaign offerings, scripts, compliance requirements, and operational procedures.
* Follow approved scripts, data protection requirements, and client-specific compliance standards.
* Participate in training, coaching, and performance improvement sessions.

Key Performance Indicators

Performance will be measured against agreed campaign targets, including:

* Number of outbound calls made per day.
* Contact rate.
* Qualified leads generated.
* Appointments set or transfers completed.
* Conversion rate.
* Valid submissions or sales generated, where applicable.
* Revenue generated, where applicable.
* CRM data accuracy.
* Call quality and compliance.
* Attendance, punctuality, and productivity.

 

Education

  • A minimum Diploma in Customer Service, Communication, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

More Details on Experience

* At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, call center operations, customer service, or a related role.
* English proficiency at C1 level, both spoken and written.
* Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
* Ability to build rapport quickly with business owners and decision-makers.
* Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills.
* Confidence to make high-volume outbound calls in a target-driven environment.
* Strong resilience, discipline, and ability to remain positive when facing rejection.
* Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
* Experience using CRM systems, dialers, or call center platforms.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in updating customer records.
* Professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in B2B sales campaigns.
* Experience selling or promoting utility, energy, telecom, merchant services, business services, or cost-reduction solutions.
* Proven track record of achieving sales, appointment-setting, lead generation, or conversion targets.
* Previous BPO or international call center experience.
* Experience handling customers in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, or other international markets.
