The aftersales Marketer will focus on driving sales, implementing marketing strategies and ensure customer retention so as to increase aftersales revenue, build customer loyalty and promote service offerings.
Description
- Strategy Development: Develop aftersales plan based on customer mapping that includes efficient route to market and aligned to aftersales marketing plans. Lobby to secure contracts for the supply of spare parts, service and maintenance to businesses, government agencies, and private establishments
- Market research and Analysis: Undertake regular field visits and facilitate customer mapping in the region, understand customer needs, market trends and opportunities.
- Customer Retention: Ensure high level of customer satisfaction is obtained by managing customer complaints, develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers.
- Campaign Management: Manage marketing campaigns that include campaigns for service promotions, parts sales and accessory offerings. Leverage on use of social media, email marketing, and local partnerships to drive sales and build customer interest.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM system to track customer interactions, analyse data and personalize marketing efforts.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of route to market and marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, service and parts to ensure alignment, synergy and in identifying aftersales opportunities.
- Data analysis: Analyse sales data, customer feedback and other relevant metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Education
- A Bachelor Degree in a Business-related field, Engineering or related field.
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
More Details on Experience
- Three years of relevant working experience;- experience in the Automotive industry is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of selling & marketing principles, sales processes, strategies and tactics.
- Digital Marketing: Experience with online marketing channels, such as social media, search engine optimization and email marketing.
