Description
- Initiating and developing Marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to improve business development.
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth of the company.
- Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies.
- Develop, coordinate and support all marketing activities for parts, service and body building.
- Follow up each and every after sales transaction activities raised to avoid delays and hasten delivery of parts, to the respective customers.
- Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
- The After-Sale Marketer must liaise with Parts, Service and Body Building departments and the customers to ensure that necessary services are provided within prescribed time limits.
- To prepare and present reports on progress within the department and outline any areas that require improvement
- Contact clients with interest in procuring Truck Body refurbishment , new bodies and offer them sales deals
- Search for clients with interest of procuring vehicles from the field (within and outside the country)
- Lobby to secure contracts for the supply of spare parts, service and maintenance to businesses, government agencies, and private establishments
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance after sales efficiency and increase generated revenue
- Interact with customers to identify their requirements and assist them in offering advice in regards to after sales business.
- Oversee the processing of client orders to ensure timely delivery of purchased units
- Set marketing objectives and establish action plans for achieving set targets
- Any other duty assigned.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing
