Summary

Central Farmers Garage Limited (CFG) is an authorized Isuzu East Africa Limited (IEA) Dealer with its Head quarters in Kitale and Branches in Nairobi, Bungoma and Lodwar.

We are a most preferred supplier for all Isuzu Products; Sales, Service, Spares and Body Building, hence over time have earned the enviable slogan title “First Choice”.

In the spirit of continually providing premium solutions to our commodities end users, we are looking for a qualified Individual to join our team as an Aftersales Marketer

Description

 

  1. Initiating and developing Marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  2. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to improve business development.
  3. Conducting market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth of the company.
  4. Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies.
  5. Develop, coordinate and support all marketing activities for parts, service and body building.
  6. Follow up each and every after sales transaction activities raised to avoid delays and hasten delivery of parts, to the respective customers.
  7.  Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
  8. The After-Sale Marketer must liaise with Parts, Service and Body Building departments and the customers to ensure that necessary services are provided within prescribed time limits.
  9.   To prepare and present reports on progress within the department and outline any areas that require improvement
  10. Contact clients with interest in procuring Truck Body refurbishment , new bodies and  offer them sales deals
  11. Search for clients with interest of procuring vehicles from the field (within and outside the country)
  12. Lobby to secure contracts for the supply of spare parts,  service and maintenance to businesses, government agencies, and private establishments
  13. Develop and implement strategies to enhance after sales efficiency and increase generated revenue
  14. Interact with customers to identify their requirements and assist them in offering advice in regards to after sales business.
  15. Oversee the processing of client orders to ensure timely delivery of purchased units
  16. Set marketing objectives and establish action plans for achieving set targets
  17. Any other duty assigned.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in  Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing
