We are looking for an individual to represent Hansard Homes in all marketing and advertising activities, create brand visibility, engage potential clients, and promote our real estate projects across multiple platforms.

Hansard Homes is seeking a dynamic and creative Advertising Associate to serve as the face of our brand in all marketing and advertising efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for representing the company in both digital and physical spaces, ensuring our image, values, and property offerings are communicated effectively to our target audience.

You will plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, property listing sites, print media, and on-ground activations. This role also involves engaging directly with potential buyers, partners, and the community to strengthen brand visibility and trust.

The ideal candidate will be confident, personable, and skilled in both creative communication and strategic marketing execution. Real estate marketing experience is an added advantage, but a strong passion for branding and customer engagement is key.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the brand ambassador for Hansard Homes in all marketing activities.

• Develop and execute advertising campaigns that align with company objectives.

• Manage and optimize social media advertising and online property listings.

• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and media partners for promotional materials.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.

• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.

• Experience in social media marketing and advertising tools.

• Confident public speaker and excellent brand representative.

• Real estate industry knowledge is a plus.
