JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATION CLERK
NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME
JOB LOCATION: PARKLANDS, NAIROBI
GROSS SALARY: 30,000-45,000 UPON SKILLS
- Maintains systems for recording and storing information.
- Manages hard copy files for Invoices and related documents.
- Provides high-level executive and administrative support.
- Prepares correspondence and prepare reports as and when needed.
- Draft and format relevant documents as required.
- Handle clients at the office or meetings.
- Prepare excel weekly petty cash.
- Reconcile suppliers Invoice with proof of delivery and rates.
- Handling all daily excel tables and emails with smooth communications.
- Prepare materials receipt analysis weekly and monthly.
- 3-5 years relevant experience only in the same position
- Must have worked in the private sector with MS excel wide practice
