We are looking to hire a National Horeca Mnager who will be reporting to the Commercial Manager, The National Horeca Manager will be responsible for managing the relationship and business growth in Hotels, Restaurants and key institutions country wide.

• Exceed budgeted growth in volume and revenues by developing new sales opportunities and increasing sales in existing accounts.
• Optimising the delivery RTM and route plans that ensures high customer service levels and delivery efficiencies.
• Responsible for excellent customer relationships and experience to drive loyalty.
• Menu development initiatives with Chefs in the industry to increase product usage.
• Ensuring compliance with trading terms and maximizing collections.
• Growing market share and ensuring competition is managed.
• Demand Planning and forecasting to ensure correct availability to meet market needs
• Team management and performance management to ensure a motivated, agile, and productive workforce.
• Strategic Pricing Decisions and ensuring competitive pricing is implemented in the trade.
• Trade and consumer insights management.
• Budgeting with respect to expected business goals as well as costs.

Minimum 10 years of experience in 5 of which must be in Horeca at managerial level.

• Ability to deliver through the team and develop them.
• Strategic Thinker.
• Valid Driving Licence.
