Description
- Serve as the operating officer of the hotel.
- Communicate the hotel's goals and strategies to the support staff and ensure that they are executed with the common goal of the hotel's expectations.
- Monitoring the quality of the hotel's services, including management and oversight of hotel activities.
- Facilitates the relationships between employees, guests, and clients
- Manages all aspects of hotel operations, including the development and execution of operational policies and the management of human resources and personnel policies.
Education
- The suitable candidate should be a Diploma graduate in Hotel Management from Kenya Utalii College or a similar institution.
- A degree in the same field will have an added advantage.

- Minimum 5-year experience.
- Attained the age of 35years and above.
- Computer Literacy.
- Management skills.
