My Jobs In Kenya is looking for a qualified HR and Administration Intern to assist in various internal and external HR and Administrative duties, including but not limited to recruitment, HR Audits, and training.

The ideal intern will be a great fit for our energetic and creative team. The candidates will gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of our team.

• Drafting Job Descriptions were needed
• Accompanying sales executives in executive search client meetings, listening to the client needs and advising on the executive search scope.
• Placing job advertisements on the website.
• Shortlisting suitable candidates based on the provided job description.
• Conducting telephone interviews
• Assisting the Recruitment Lead with scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• Understand all HR processes and continually seek opportunities for improvement.
• Report writing and report generation.
• Supporting recruiting team.
• Assisting in Background checks
• Assisting in HR audits
• Assisting in internal and external training sessions.
• Offering HR advisory services to clients with the assistance of their seniors.
• Responding to client queries on company emails.
• Tending to the company phone.
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

• Work experience/internship in a similar field will be an added advantage

• Quick in grasping concepts with keen attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
