Responsibilities
o Proactively manage an effective sales process for engaging and closing new business with NGOs and commercial farms.
o Establish and manage an active pipeline of prospects. 
o Write professional proposals in response to RFPs and for proactive solicitation of new business.
o Conduct proposal follow-up meetings to win bids for projects.
o Consistently achieve aggressive monthly revenue targets.

Requirements
o Undergraduate degree, with a focus in Commerce or Marketing.
o Able to demonstrate past success in achieving aggressive revenue targets.
o Proven success in managing a big-ticket sales process.
o 2 years direct experience with development sector organizations or commercial farms.
o Ability to write professional, effective project proposals.
o Ability to interact effectively with decision-makers at partner organizations.
