Introduction

Brand Track Ltd wishes to recruit a marketer to work hand in hand with the Managing Director.
 

Minimum Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing position
•Minimum age of 23 years 
•A minimum professional diploma in sales and marketing
•Strong , planning & organizational skills as well as interpersonal and communication skills 
•A background in advertising and marketing industry is an added advantage
•Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing of services to corporates with a clear understanding of their marketing needs
•Proven track record of achieving targets 
•Have strong communications skills both oral and written
•Up to date computer skills
•Ability to perform within strict timelines
•Must also be able to multitask and maintain appearance under stressful situations.
•Must be very Presentable


 

Job Specification

DUTIES:

•Assist in the implementation of the marketing strategy and to ensure visibility of the company’s brand; this includes, among others, online marketing, use of social media etc.
•Acquire marketing data through formal and informal research, feedback from the sales team, etc. to support the planned marketing activities; where and when necessary assist in reviewing planned activities to ensure they are well focused to achieve the highest impact. 
•Working closely with the Managing Director, continually review the company’s product offering to ensure that it remains relevant. This includes use of tactical communication tools, campaigns etc.
•Dealing with correspondence on behalf of the MD
•Initiate and coordinate online partnerships and advertising opportunities
•Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for assigned tasks and initiatives
•Preparing tenders, producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
•taking dictation and minutes of relevant management meetings
•Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the MD is well-prepared for meetings
•Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
•Carrying out specific projects and research
•Taking on some of the MD's responsibilities and working more closely with management
•Provide support for other areas of marketing as needed
