  We are looking for a strategic leader to manage a christian organization.

The individual will have over 10 years experience in leadership training/development.

He/she must be driven with passion to serve God through leadership development.
  Main Responsibilities
a. Ensure qualitative and enriching working relationships among national ILF staff, national CCC offices, government, business, NGOs, associations, churches, etc.
b. Ensure activity plans are implemented according to ILF mission, objectives, core values and desired organizational culture.
c. Establish systems and standards for ILF training seminars, equipping and motivating facilitators, coaching, organizational audits, and other initiatives in line with ILF mission and vision
d. Brand and market ILF initiatives, books and training materials
e. Develop sustainable local resources and local ownership
f. Develop a 20 year (four 5 year segments) ILF national plan
g. Launch ILF National Volunteers Teams
h. Train people to handle TLS follow-up: Transformational Projects, Life Story Events (LSEs), Life Change Groups (LCGs), etc.
i. Quarterly Radio/TV interviews
j. Prepare and submit quarterly reports (financial, ministry) and budget

Qualifications
1. An ILF certified coach (completed the Transforming Leadership Seminar Series, Advanced Coaching and qualify as an ILF Certified Coach)
2. Ten years experience in national/regional leadership organizations with a heart for transformational leadership
3. Academic qualifications (MA/PhD) or equivalent in relevant areas
4. Experience and exposure to professional training, holistic leadership development, event management, research, transformational projects
5. Proven mastery of information and communications technology
6. Proven ability to oversee day-to-day administration/ operations working with others
7. Experience in local resource mobilization, development and strong leadership networks
8. Proven testimony of salvation and blameless Christian walk
9. A clear call to this role and commitment to grow the organization into its full potential
