Supply Department.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Knowledge of MFG/PRO will be a distinct advantage
Computer Literate
Pharmaceutical Industry experience will be an added advantage
A strong team player
Job Specification
The successful candidate’s principal purpose will be to produce quality products by operating machine
effectively and efficiently as per the Production Batch Documents (MBR) while adhering to Good
Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining service records of the machines, which involve carrying out corrective and preventive machine
maintenance.
Carrying out In-process quality checks, recording the In Process checks in MBRs, and sampling of bulk /
finished products.
Filling and packing of products in line with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Generate real time equipment performance reports.
Report and trend yield and material variance and highlight process improvements/deficiencies.
Generate data required for monthly performance indicators (KPIs)
Participating in machine installation, commissioning and on-going validation.
Maintain a safety culture of working through proper machine guarding, Observe and comply with safety
measures and regulations.
Carry out 6s and Living Safety Programmes.
Carry out internal calibration for production equipment and In Process Check tools.
