Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/social sciences, an MBA will be an added advantage.
· Professional qualification in marketing preferably CIM
· Proficiency in computers.
· At least 2-5 years experience Marketing or brand management from a reputable company.
· Experience in below the line operations preferably brand activations, field marketing and sales operations particularly in FMCG.

Job Specification
The Client Service Director will be responsible for driving implementation of agency's strategy to grow turnover and profitability through managing client relationships, determining best business strategies and implementing them.
He will be responsible for:
· Managing internal company resources including people, systems and finances
· Analyzing and understanding client businesses and providing solutions
· Maintaining strategic partnerships with clients through regular and pro-active contact
· Allocating people, financial and other resources to client projects
· Designing, driving and executing the clients service delivery strategy
· Accounting for business performance, client retention and client satisfaction levels on a regular basis
· Conducting industry and market place research and using the information as a strategic input in advising the company
· Building strong teams through offering leadership, guidance, training, regular reviews and coaching
· Addressing queries from clients
· Writing and reviewing proposals, reports and other communications from client service teams before they are sent out to clients
· Working together with the Head of Operations to ensure efficient and effective execution of clients' projects
· Assessing and advising company's management on client related issues
· Ensuring compliance to company policies and systems
DUTIES & TASKS
· Organizing and attending client meetings and following up for necessary action while keeping all informed through contact reports
· Take briefs from clients
· Briefing all relevant parties within the agency clearly and succinctly on what needs to be done to deliver on clients requests or projects
· Champion the development of appropriate strategies that are aligned to clients' objectives and brand strategies
· Presenting the agency's campaign ideas/proposals to prospective clients
· Following for proposal approvals and commitment from client (cost estimate sign offs, PO's, contracts)
· Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients in liaison with the Accounts department and following up on payments as per the terms agreed on with the client
· Briefing and training teams in-line with agency's strategy
· Day-to-day monitoring and review of clients' projects to ensure flawless execution and achievement of agreed KPI's for client initiatives and updating all relevant parties.
· Making recommendations and modifications based on objective evaluation of progress for all client work
· Rallying other departments (Finance, HR, Admin and Operations) for support in planning, resourcing & execution of the clients' projects.
· Preparing and sharing project status updates (for use internally and externally)
· Writing client reports and presentations
· Arranging and attending client meetings and following each meeting with a client contact report
· Ensuring timely payment for all clients work
· Sending customer satisfaction questionnaires to clients and making follow ups for the report
· Researching new business leads and pitching for new business
· Monitoring and analyzing the industry and competitive activities related to our agency operations and our clients.
· Any other adhoc duties/tasks that may be assigned to you by the company from time to time.
