Introduction

We are a new recruiting process outsourcing company that provides human resource services to companies in Kenya and throughout Africa. With headquarters based in Chicago and offices in Nairobi and Johannesburg; we are looking for new staff to join our Nairobi core Sales Department.
 

Minimum Requirements

Typically BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree. Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.  Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Demonstrates knowledge of organizations business practices and issues. Typically 2 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.  Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.


 

Job Specification

 

As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing client requests and working with various departments within the company to ensure all deliveries are made.  The successful candidate must have demonstrated successes in effective client management and some experience with developing business solutions.  Candidates must have experience with establishing rapport and a value added sales approach.

  • Coordinate clients’ service requirements with the appropriate departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service and delivery.
  • Pursues long-term account strategy that maximizes profits through up-selling and providing excellent service.
  • Assists in cultivating long-term relationships with the appropriate key account decision makers.
  • Develops a complete understanding of the organizations structure and key buying influences of assigned account.
  • Performs client presentations articulating other or new service offerings / solution / service offerings.
  • Provides management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels. May develop forecasts, budgets and operating plans for sales channels.
  • Follow-up on missing or delayed information and work with various departments to correct errors.
  • Work effectively with other staff members to accomplish work and departmental projects.
  • Accurately and efficiently processes the account including transaction recording and other functions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer service issues and complaints.
  • Assist in report generation.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of recruitment and human resource outsourcing which allows effective job performance.
  • Manages schedule, calendar, effective communications and client expectations through close partnership with clients.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
